Referred to as one of the city's "best kept secrets", Comstock HOA was created in 1980 when the property was converted from an apartment complex to condominiums. Located in Concord, CA, our association consists of three small courtyards housing a total of 116 attached townhouse style condominiums on approximately 7 acres of property. There are 2 swimming pools and a small amount of greenbelt with a little neighborhood park located less than a block away.

We are proud that we have been primarily owner-occupied for over 20 years. Several owners have resided here since the community was established.

Comstock’s motto is “A community that cares”. We encourage neighbors to get to know and communicate with each other. We have a strong, stable team of managers and service providers, most of whom have been with the association more than 18 years. The association is well-maintained and requests are responded to promptly, with courtesy and a knowledgeable staff.
