Comstock is comprised of 116 units in 13 buildings located in 3 different courts along Sierra Road in Concord, CA. There are 24 3-bedroom and 92 2-bedroom condominiums. All units are 2
story, attached townhouse-type construction. Dues for 2010-2011 are $327 (3 bedroom) and $272 (2 bedroom). Monthly assessments include water and garbage as well as common area insurance, landscape, maintenance services and
reserve funding.
Comstock is currently 69% owner occupied, has no legal
actions pending and reserves are adequately funded. Under the revised 2010 regulations, Comstock is no longer FHA approved however the complex is VA approved.
- No increase in assessments is planned for 2011 and no special
assessments are anticipated.
- Architectural
standards and other rules are strictly enforced.
- There is a 2 pet limit in the association with a weight limit of 25 lbs.
